Returns Policy

IDI does its best to provide British customers with the best service possible. Should you be dissatisfied with our service, you may obtain a full refund within 7 days of delivery date. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. You will need to provide us with your order or Application ID number, full name, address, and date of purchase and reason for return. All credits will be issued to the credit card account that appears on the original statement. Please note that IDI, will not accept returns if the document is returned more than 7 days after the delivery date, not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts.
